What is it?

Pain BC’s Self Management section of their website has a collection of resources for people living with persistent pain. With links to online tools, podcasts, apps, pain science resources, and self-management programs, this section is designed to educate people living with chronic pain about their pain and to help them cope with it.

Our thoughts:

Though the Pain BC website has more to offer than just this section, we would specifically recommend the self management section to clients with complex pain, as it provides concrete tools and education resources that can help them take control of their pain journey.
