Hello, I’m Andrew Koppejan and I am a practicing physiotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience. Since graduating from the University of Alberta in 2008, my thirst for knowledge and development continued as I have pursued several post graduate courses and certifications including a Certificate in GunnIMS from UBC and a Certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the U of A. I also completed numerous courses in movement system diagnosis, running injury prevention, shoulder rehabilitation and sleep health.

Author

I am the author of Go To Bed: The Physiotherapist’s Handbook for Understanding Sleep and a popular newsletter called Clinical Flow where I write about topics like:

  • how to increase your clinical confidence
  • how to reduce stress
  • improve clinical performance
  • reduce burnout

Ultimately I write about how to enjoy your work so you can enjoy your life. I spend hours researching topics and then apply them to clinical settings in an easy to understand way. Click here to learn more and sign up.

If you are a clinician who wants to gain more clarity and increase their performance then you may be interested in booking a complimentary call.   Email me here to book a session.

Speaker

I deliver half-day workshops, either in-person or remotely, to clinics that want to help their clinicians grow. These workshops address problems and roadblocks clinicians face, what can lead to exhaustion and burnout, and how to overcome these obstacles. I go over the building blocks of clinical flow and practical strategies to increase clinician confidence, performance, and growth. If you’re interested in having me speak at your clinic please email me here

When I’m not practicing physiotherapy, researching, writing, creating courses, and speaking. I am with my beautiful wife and two sons, most likely enjoying the great outdoors.
