There are a ton of physiotherapy acronyms out there! You may be familiar with some, but when you come across an unknown acronym in a chart or on a referral it can be a real pain. Expanding on our Top 40 list, here’s a list of what we at ignitephysio consider to be the top 150 common physiotherapy acronyms in Canadian practice.
With many new additions under the general, anatomy, hospital, condition, technology and professional categories, this resource continues to be a great reference tool for creating a common language amongst Canadian physiotherapists.
